I’m Brad Pedersen. Co-founder and Chairman at Lomi & Pela. I’m leading the board, stakeholders and team of 100+ employees. I’ve crashed & burned a few companies. Learned some things along the way. Successfully scaled and exited a $100m+ toy empire. Wrote about it in Startup Santa.

I’m Vijay Krishnan. Former marketing director. Lead Pastor at The Well, serving in 3 different locations. I’m passionate about creating spaces and pathways for people to (re)connect with God; a connection that can infuse every part of our lives with meaning, growth and fulfillment.

I’m Andre Oliveira. Founder at Splash N Color. I bootstrapped a real-life “The 4-Hour Workweek” cash-flow business. Mechanical engineer by study. Entrepreneur at heart. Leading the day-to-day operations at Full Spectrum. Learning and following along our mentors as we journey together.
